This page has been prepared specifically for healthcare professionals. You can become a member by clicking the "Register" button at the bottom of the member login section at the top right. While becoming a member, the fields marked with starts should be filled, the KVKK text should be approved and “I am not a Robot” should be selected.

I do not remember my password, what will I do?

If you do not remember your password, you must click on the "Member Login" link at the top right and then click on the "Forgot Password" link at the bottom. After entering your registered email address in the system, password reset will be sent to your email address.

I'm a new member but I can't login

You can reset the password again according to the information you entered during membership. If password reset does not arrive to your e-mail, you can send an e-mail to [email protected].

Should I install any app to watch on mobile?

No. Our website is fully mobile compatible and you can watch all our broadcasts and ask your questions live on your mobile phone without installing any application.

Do I need to install any program on my computer to watch the broadcasts?

No. You do not need to install any program on your computer. You can watch live broadcast videos without any problems using an up-to-date browser.

When I try to open a broadcast, it freezes while watching

The error you get indicates that the internet service you are using cannot reach the secure (SSL) service port on the video server. You can check it by trying it from your mobile phone or another internet connection.

Do I have to pay for Broadcasts and Membership?

No. Membership to our site and watching broadcasts are completely free for healthcare professionals.

Previous meeting records?

Video recordings of previous meetings are uploaded according to presentation permissions. The video of the speaker who gave permission for presentation is uploaded to the archive section of the web page 1 day after the broadcast.
